This original antique clock has been expertly converted to run on a high-quality German Quartz movement, ensuring silent, precise, and maintenance-free operation. Adjusting the time is effortless—simply turn the minute hand after opening the front door.
The clock’s aged dial boasts an irreplaceable patina, a testament to its history. To preserve this unique character, it has been sealed with lacquer, preventing further wear while maintaining its vintage appeal. We have installed a “dummy” solid brass winder to keep with the clock’s authenticity (we never leave a big hole where the winder used to be)
Refined Restoration & Elegant Finish
The wooden case has been meticulously sanded and treated with a specialist primer, ensuring lasting durability. The rear of the case is finished in a discreet matt black, while the front is painted in an elegant satin “heirloom white.” With four coats of premium paint, this exquisite finish will endure for years to come.
