Example of a Clock with TWO movements
This clock has TWO new Quartz movements – one for the Time of Day Hours & Minutes – the other is dedicated to the subsidiary Seconds hand. We use a 3D printer to create a holding bracket for the two movements. The winding holes in the dial are filled with solid brass “fake” winders to keep the authenticity of the clock. On this example – the THIRD dial, the DATE HAND – has been locked / fixed to a set position. It is NOT operated by either of the new movements. It is simply there to keep the originality of the clock intact.
